To ensure you get the best performance from your construction equipment, our Hitachi R&D team has developed a range of products that protect individual components within your machine, as well as increase overall reliability and productivity. Take Hitachi Genuine Oils. They are proven to last longer than other oils and will also help reduce your running costs. Our research has shown that 90% of hydraulic component failure can be traced to problems with the hydraulic oil, such as using old or contaminated oil. However, if you use Hitachi Genuine Hydraulic Oil, specially designed for use in Hitachi construction machinery, it will keep your equipment operating at a high level, protect hydraulic components from wear and help to reduce your running costs.

Hydraulic Oil HN46
Hitachi Genuine Hydraulic Oil HN46 extends oil change intervals thanks to its 4,000-hour life span. It also gives superior low-temperature performance, greater fuel efficiency and is more environmentally friendly than other oils.

Hitachi Genuine Axle Oil guarantees an excellent performance, even when your wheel loader works for long hours and under harsh conditions. Manufactured specifically for our ZW models, it offers extreme pressure capabilities and heat resistance.

We developed Hitachi High Gear Oil GL-4 for wheel loader axles operating at high speeds, under heavy loads, as well as for long-distance travelling.
Stable at high temperatures, it ensures the axles of your ZW wheel loader will perform consistently over a long period of time. Gears are protected from damage thanks to its anti-abrasive capability, providing greater durability.
With advanced extreme-pressure capability, the oil film also enhances the protection of each gear part.

 

Axle protection – Zaxis wheeled excavators

Specially developed for your Zaxis wheeled excavator, Hitachi Genuine Axle Oil lubricates axles and limited slip differentials. It eliminates vibrations, resists extreme pressure and high temperatures, and protects against rust and corrosion. It also provides protection for gear teeth against wear, and is proven to be effective under all kinds of operating conditions.

 

Using Hitachi Genuine Gear Oil can help to significantly reduce your maintenance costs. It reduces wear of gears and bearings in the swing reduction gear, and has been developed to enhance the performance of the travel gear.

Hitachi Genuine Gear Oil 90 has been developed for small to extra-large hydraulic excavators of Hitachi. Meeting the strict quality standards of Hitachi, the oil prevents gear rusting and corrosion and demonstrates excellent lubricity.
When used in travel reduction gears and swing reduction gears of hydraulic excavators, the oil contributes to smooth gear operation and ensures high machine performance.

Multipurpose grease

You can use Hitachi Genuine Grease EP2 on all operating parts of your construction machines. The multipurpose formula protects parts from wear and corrosion and can be used in wet, dusty and dry conditions. It results in reduced maintenance and downtime costs, and will help to extend the lifetime of your equipment.
It offers excellent adhesion to metal and high resistance to variations in temperature, and does not contain lead or other materials considered harmful to health and the environment.

Suitable for use in all cooling systems of Hitachi construction equipment, Hitachi Genuine Long-Life Coolant offers long-term protection against freezing in temperatures as low as -37°. The ready-to-use liquid helps to prevent rust and corrosion and increases the lifetime of the water pump. Compatible with seals and paints, its formulation is free from silicates, phosphates, chromates, nitrites and boron.
