Remanufactured Parts

Hitachi offers remanufactured parts as an alternative to purchasing new and repaired parts. After disassembly and repair, Hitachi transforms used componentry into remanufactured parts, for use by the next customer, which is not only environmentally conscious, but reduces downtime when compared to parts repair. And with the same manufacturer warranty as new and genuine parts, Hitachi ensures the same strict quality criteria and performance tests are applied during the remanufacturing process. *The use of remanufactured parts requires the return of used parts. Please return parts when purchasing remanufactured parts.

Oil Analysis

A high percentage of system failures are due to some form of contamination. Regular oil sampling allows you to detect the contamination early before it can cause a significant and expensive loss.

ConSite

Hitachi’s ConSite data-reporting service links you to your machines in the field. Receiving a monthly operational data report via email allows you to visualise the day-to-day operational status of your machine to ensure its being operated in an efficient and profitable manner. Furthermore, if a machine fault should occur, ConSite detects the urgency by using its intelligent filtering system and reports the fault to you and your nearest authorised service dealer immediately, to reduce downtime and facilitate your machine getting up and running as quickly as possible.

OwnerSite

Owner’s Site is an internet-based fleet management system, enabling you to access up-to-date operational data and maintenance status of your assets from your PC, Tablet or Smartphone. Owner’s Site also assists environmental impact management by providing CO2 emissions data, idling time and fuel consumption rates of your machines.
